With respect to counselling, negotiation, litigation, we apply two practices:

• A time-based fee schedule, in accordance with an hourly rate as defined in our honorarium agreement for fiscal year 2008:
  • Partners : 200,00€ HT (current files)
  • Associates: 160,00€ HT
  • Staff employees: 35,00€ HT
• Therefore, you may at any time request a detailed account of the rendered services associated with your file allowing for your immediate verification and validation of the adequacy between the service and its cost.
• With respect to either their redundancy or financial interest, some files may be subject to a fixed honorarium, established with you at the onset.

In addition to a time-based fee or a fixed rate, other files may possibly be subject to a result honorarium, established through an expressed agreement with you.

With respect to an audit or professional training as well as for the tasks inherent to creating or closing an enterprise, we can provide you with detailed estimates on the basis of which, we can conclude an agreement to cover our services.
